The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-round fight which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to build hype for next month's boxing match.
Former two time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Mindset
"I plan to break his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to really want to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally known for his theatrics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather targeted former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK opponent Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua refused to talk badly about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
Still, the inexperienced fighter is still one of the sport's biggest money-making draws, consistently making substantial earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a stoppage in rounds four or five and claimed he would prevent the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly under discussion for 2026.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.
Size Disparity
As both boxers engaged in the usual confrontation, with their height and weight contrast on show, it highlighted just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the match is really going ahead.
